Terms of Service

01Quotations & Orders
Quotations are based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and pay the agreed deposit.

02Minimum Order Quantity
Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per style. Fabric, colour and dye-lot minimums are confirmed at quotation and may apply to larger colour breakdowns.

03Samples & Approval
We produce fit and pre-production samples for your approval. The approved sample is the binding reference for bulk production. Additional sample rounds may affect cost and lead time.

04Payment Terms
Production begins on receipt of the agreed deposit, with the balance due before shipment, unless other terms are agreed in writing on your proforma invoice.

05Production & Lead Times
Indicative lead times are 7–15 days for samples and 15–25 days for bulk after sample approval. Timelines depend on quantity, fabric availability and decoration, and exclude transit.

06Quality & Inspection
Every order is inspected in-line and end-line to AQL 2.5 with a 7-point pre-shipment audit. You and your appointed third-party inspectors are welcome to inspect at any stage.

07Shipping & DDP
Where DDP is agreed, we arrange freight and clear customs and duties to your delivery address. Risk passes on delivery. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

08Cancellations & Changes
Changes after sample approval or cut may affect price and schedule. Cancellation after production has begun is subject to costs already incurred (fabric, trims, labour).

09Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your designs, artwork and trademarks. We use them solely to manufacture your order and never reproduce your products for others.

10Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably and directly first.
