What is DDP delivery?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle freight, customs clearance and import duties to your door — you receive the goods with no surprise charges.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to 38+ countries across North America, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Australia and beyond.
How is my order packed?
Garments are folded and polybagged (recyclable options available), then packed into export cartons. Custom retail packaging, hangtags and labels are available.
Can you ship to Amazon FBA or a 3PL?
Yes — we can prep and label to FBA or third-party warehouse requirements and deliver directly to your fulfilment centre.
Who handles customs?
On DDP terms, we do. For other Incoterms (FOB, CIF) we coordinate with your freight forwarder.
