Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per style — low enough for startups to launch and test, with better pricing as volumes grow.
Can I mix sizes and colours within an order?
Yes. The 50-piece minimum is per style; you can split it across a size and colour breakdown that suits your launch.
How do I get a quote?
Send your tech pack or sketch, fabric, quantities and target date via our quote form or WhatsApp. We reply with detailed, factory-direct pricing — usually within one working day.
Do you work with new brands and startups?
Absolutely — a large share of our clients are launching their first collection. We help with tech packs, fabric choices and realistic timelines.
Samples & Production
How long does sampling take?
Fit and pre-production samples are typically ready in 7–15 days, depending on fabric and decoration complexity.
What are your bulk lead times?
Bulk production runs 15–25 days once the sample is approved, depending on quantity and techniques.
Will bulk match my approved sample?
Yes — the approved pre-production sample is the reference for bulk, and our 7-point inspection checks against it before shipment.
What if I don’t have a tech pack?
Our development team turns sketches, reference garments or a simple brief into production-ready tech packs and patterns.
Fabrics & Quality
What fabrics can you source?
Combed and organic cotton, French terry, fleece, piqué, jersey, interlock, rib, performance and recycled knits — 100 to 500+ GSM, plus custom development.
How do you control quality?
In-line and end-line inspection to AQL 2.5, plus a 7-point pre-shipment audit covering measurements, stitching, print/embroidery and finishing.
Are your materials certified?
Yes — OEKO-TEX Standard 100 across our fabrics, with GOTS organic and GRS recycled options where required.
Can a third party inspect my order?
Of course. SGS, Intertek and QIMA are welcome at any stage, and buyers are welcome to visit the factory.
Decoration & Branding
What decoration do you offer?
Screen, DTG, DTF and sublimation printing plus flat and 3D embroidery, patches, chenille and appliqué — all in-house, no outsourcing.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. We match to Pantone references and confirm colour on an approved strike-off or sample before bulk.
Do you make custom labels and packaging?
We produce woven and printed labels, hangtags, polybags and custom retail packaging — full private-label service.
Shipping & DDP
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to 38+ countries, most on a DDP (delivered-duty-paid) basis so freight, customs and duties are handled for you.
Air or sea freight?
Both — air for speed and smaller runs, sea for larger, cost-sensitive orders. We advise the best option per order.
What does DDP include?
Door-to-door delivery with duties and customs cleared, so you receive your goods with no surprise charges.
Payments
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit to begin production with the balance before shipment; exact terms are confirmed on your quotation and proforma invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) is standard; we confirm accepted methods and currency on your proforma invoice.
